  • However you have found me, this will be the first time we come into contact. From here, we will arrange your free clarity call.

  • A free 20/30 minute call; this will do what it says on the tin - look for some clarity. We will briefly discuss why you have reached out to me, and what the appropriate next steps are.

  • This is where we will dive deeper into your specific case. The needs & goals analysis is where we discuss what it is you are expecting from me, and the goals you intend to achieve. It also gives me an opportunity to detail how I work and what exactly I can/can’t offer you.

  • Using the information you provide in your needs & goals analysis (alongside relevant scientific evidence, professional judgement, and further discussions with you), a written intervention plan will be provided.

  • Your intervention will be delivered. We will work together through your tailored plan to maximise your psychological potential and achieve your desired goals.

  • We will constantly assess and monitor your progress. Using a mixture of self-reflection and aided discovery, your intervention plan will be adapted if required.

  • At the point which your plan culminates i.e. your desired goals have been achieved, we will look to “phase out” support. This means we will assess how you can best reinforce the behaviours we have worked on through your intervention on your own.

  • By having clear and honest discussions with you, I will eventually use my professional judgement to mark completion of your intervention.

  • Please don’t feel like once your intervention has terminated that you can no longer make contact ever again! If you feel the need to revisit an intervention, or something new crops up, then get in touch. It may be that we go back to “first contact” and create a new, pre-advised intervention. I pride myself in making sure my clients know I am there for them even after their intervention has come to an end.
